What are your hours of operation?
We offer non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
What are my options for scheduling an appointment?
Schedule a non-emergency medical transportation appointment either by phone or by sending a request through our website.
How are your rates determined?
Many different dynamics determine our rates (Wheelchair, Stretcher, Ambulatory, After-Hours, Weekend). We will be glad to quote you a rate after discussing your needs for NEMT.
If I need emergency transportation or immediate service now, can you help?
We are a non-emergency medical transportation service provider and we will try to dispatch your call ASAP. We do suggest you make reservations as early as you can to assure timely service.
May I have a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes, one person can ride along at no additional charge.
I am an overweight person. Is there a weight limit for the service?
Our hydraulic lifts have a maximum weight capacity of 600 lbs.
If I have to use your service 2 or 3 times a week, will I receive a discount?
Absolutely. For example, if you have several doctor appointments, dialysis, or any other type of outing, we offer discounted rates for multiple trips.
Will you provide medical care during transport?
No. We are not an ambulance service and do not provide medical care during transports.
How can a family member check a patient’s status while onboard our van to a medical appointment?
All our drivers are in constant two-way communication with our dispatcher. This allows family members to always be aware of the status of their loved one during non-emergency medical transportation.
